Dr J Wijeratne is the best GP I have ever known and is so hard working and dedicated and deserves every bit of his salary that he gets!
Where do I start? He diagnosed and nursed my husband through his illness with rheumatoid arthritis. We always came together to the surgery and he always met us both with a lovely smile and welcome.
Since my husband died, he has seen me through many trials and tribulations and I can never thank him enough for his care and compassion.
My daughter and I will never ever be able to thank him enough. He is a credit to the medical profession and NHS.
He is the most caring man and gives himself and more to the patients (beyond the call of duty). He is consistent and professional and will give as much time as my daughter and I need.
We thank you Jayantha with all our hearts.
Also a special thank you to Jean and Maureen who have always done everything they could to help us. Thank you.

Easy to book appointment. Very caring doctor. Many tests offered to ensure good health. doctor rang me a couple of times.Excellent service

it has proven awkward in the past to get adequate appointments with the doctors when needed, but I have to say recently the experiences I have had have greatly improved. If this continues in the same manner then I will seriously look at improving this review in the future

I was received by Jean at reception today and as always she was extremely helpful. I was then seen by Dr Irunuka who was equally excellent as she was gentle and patient. She answered my queries and it a great example of great doctor's care for a patient.
My family and I have been with this practice since we moved in the area 20 years ago and we have received great care.

The receptionists are very helpful but are constantly on the phone. It is difficult to get
through on the phone too due to volume of calls!
